The Bedford Medical Group measures patient satisfaction. Arbor Associates, an independent research firm, conducted a survey of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Surgical Specialties and Nurse Practitioner patients to see if we are meeting or exceeding our patients' expectations.

In 2008, Bedford Medical Group received two awards at the Annual Arbor Awards Reception for Benchmark Performance in Patient Satisfaction. The awards were for 'Highest Overall Satisfaction for Medical Office Patients' and 'Exceeding Patient Expectations for Medical Office Patients.'
