Services Medical Review Officer Services
MRO's (Medical Review Officers) are trained to be specialists in drug and alcohol knowledge. Our MRO reviews all positive drug tests with the patient. Our drug screening meets the Department of Transportation regulations. Non-DOT drug screenings are also available for pre-placement, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion and follow-up.
Positive drug screen results will be evaluated by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) and may take 3 to 7 business days to complete.
